Rocket Science

What do the rocket scientists say when something isn't complicated? Is it

A: "Well, it's not rocket science... um actually it is, but it's not that hard, really.", or
B: "Well, it's not rocket science!" And then they all roll around the floor laughing, because they think they are so funny.
