From one of those internal company knick-knacks beloved of ISO9000 accreditation teams:
Quality only happens when you care enough to do your best.
This slogan stands out against other quality mottos I have seen over the years: it contains both truth and half-truth, on several levels.
Comments
Looking forward to hearing more, especially examples, on cases of half-truths.
The phrase seems more tangible (and less hoo-rah) when replacing "your" with "what's". But that might demand a response for further dialog! Slogans dare not be invitational.
But then again, blanket statements like this are obscure high-level statements, either re-inforcing trust in employee autonomy or breed cynicism through obscure cheerleading.
Funny... I think I've heard that quote somewhere before quite recently.
