The Hibernate suit: and EJB 3.0 FUD

FireStar are suing RedHat over patent violations in Hibernate. Since Hibernate forms the basis of parts of the EJB 3.0 spec, it would seem that this patent also covers all EJB 3 implementations. Scary.
